1. Vrksasana

Motherhood is a beautiful experience. Stand straight on the ground, fold your one leg sideways and place your sole on your thigh. Join your hands together and close your eyes. Along with weight loss, this increases flexibility and improves your balance and focus.

2. Urdhva Prasarita Padasana

Lie down on your back and keep your hands at the side. This helps you strengthen your upper body and core muscles while improving your posture.

3. Adho Mukha Svanasana

This is also called the downward dog pose. It helps to treat the lower back problems and strengthen your spine, arm and leg muscles. Adho Mukha Svanasana is especially good for high blood pressure, asthma, flat feet, and sinus. It is also known to relieve stress and calm your brain.

4. Surya Namaskara

There are 12 poses in Surya Namaskar (or saluting sun pose). The best time to exercise is during sunrise and sunset. You have to retain one position at least for 5-10 seconds. It strengthens your heart and abdominal muscles and regulates your breathing. This is excellent for weight loss.

5. Bhujangasana

You have to lie on your belly, keep your hand close to your belly with palms towards the ground. Then stretch your back and turn your face upwards. This is a cobra pose. It strengthens your arms and tones your muscles. The stretching of your abdominal muscles helps to flatten your stomach.
