In the ZEE5 Original Lockdown series of Dabur Honey Hello Fitness, Deanne Panday, the beautiful fitness influencer presents herself in the fifth episode! Karan Wahi has also invited Tamannah Bhatia, Shamita Shetty, Yuvika Chaudhary, and other celebrity guests in the past. On the chat show, the celebrities reveal their diet and fitness routines and the trick to look as fit as they do! In the past, some have said that it is all about mental and physical balance while others have voted weight training and cardio workouts. But Deanne says that it is all about resting and working out.

Karan Wahi asked the 52-year-old beauty about her diet regime and she revealed that she can never resort to dietary routines. She explained that for one person the diet could be nutritious but for others, it might not be. Some people are lactose or gluten intolerant. She also talked about how she depends on weight training and workouts at the gym for her fitness. Deanne revealed that she started lifting weights from a tender age of 12 years and has not stopped since then. She said that it is a myth that women must not lift weights as if anyone wants toned muscles they have to lift weights.

Deanne and Karan further played the game sequenced Heat Me Up and Cool Down, in which Deanne proved that she is a fitness fanatic.
