Bollywood Drug Cartel: Karan Johar On NCB Radar After Viral Video
The video was of a party hosted by Karan Johar where many Bollywood celebrities were present. The NCB will conduct a meet to discuss next course of action.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has received the forensic report on a viral video of Karan Johar’s house party and has submitted it to the Director General Rakesh Asthana. The video has been found to be authentic, unedited and has not been tampered with. This video is of a party hosted by Karan Johar, at which many Bollywood celebrities were present. The NCB will conduct a meeting soon to discuss further course of action. After the authenticity of the video was proven, Karan Johar is now on the target of the NCB. The forensic report of the viral video at Karan Johar’s home is from 2019.
The viral video has raised questions over alleged drug consumption by celebs present at the party and two weeks ago, Manjinder Singh Sirsa filed a complaint with the NCB to investigate the clip. Now, the NCB will decide the next course of action and the top officials are likely to hold a meeting with the agency chief. The report comes just a day after the NCB confirmed that it is not probing the alleged ‘drug party’ video, adding that their focus is on the drug-related investigation surrounding the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
