Bollywood Trivia: When Taapsee Pannu Left Media Speechless With Her Savage Comebacks

Celebrities are always hounded by questions, sometimes it is by fans and at times, it is by media reporters. While every celebrity deals with it in their own way, we see quite a few of them giving some sassy replies to the media personnel. Whether it is Shah Rukh Khan‘s witty replies or Ranveer Singh‘s comic ones, it’s always a delight to see the stars interact so freely with the media. Many a time, we’ve also seen celebrities shutting down the reporters with their savage answers. Adding to this list is the bold and beautiful Taapsee Pannu who’s always a firecracker waiting to burst.

Taapsee Pannu is known for her bold and fearless personality. She has always been open and upfront about her opinions, and that’s exactly what she does with the reporters as well. Once, when a reporter asked her to speak in Hindi citing that she’s a Hindi actress and hence should speak in Hindi, Taapsee shut him up with a savage reply by saying that, she’s also a Tamil and Telugu actress, so should she speak in those languages, to which the whole audience burst out laughing.

Another such incident came to light when, during the promotions of Soorma, Taapsee was asked about an actress’s role in a movie, and how people usually want to see some romance in a film. To this, the Saand Ki Aankh actress actually hit the bull’s eye by saying that he’s asking this to the wrong person as she only had a 10-minute role in Baby, but she’s still getting good work. She also added that in her upcoming movies she’ll be seen for a longer time and sometimes might not even have a hero to romance.
