Akshay Kumar – Katrina Kaif’s Sooryavanshi May Hit The Big Screens In May 2021

Actor Akshay Kumar has lately been busy shooting for multiple projects which have been scheduled for the year 2021 and 2022. According to the most recent report, his film Sooryavanshi has been aiming for a May-June 2021 date as the release has been pending for quite some time now. This action-thriller was expected to take the theatres by storm in the year 2020, with its promising cast and action-packed sequences. However, the team had to push the release dates as the coronavirus pandemic hit India in March 2020. With theatres back in full force, makers have been expecting this mega-budget film to bring crowds to the theatres even though the response has been lukewarm.

Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi is all set to become 2021’s biggest release as makers have released some intriguing news for the audience. According to the video attached above, the film will be released in May or June 2021 after putting its release on hold for more than 12 months. As per video attached above, the makers of the film have been discussing the release date and have been expecting that this film will bring the maximum audience due to its strong cast lineup.

As per the details revealed, Rohit and Reliance Entertainment, who have been working on the Sooryavanshi production team together, have decided to release the film at the theatres. The biggest post COVID-19 release is being scheduled for May or June 2021 with close to 2000 prints across India. They have also been hopeful about the turnover even though the industry has been facing a setback since the last few months. Previously, Thalapathy Vijay’s Master had hit the theatres on Sankranthi 2021 but the numbers were not quite favourable for the team.

Sooryavanshi is an upcoming film directed by Rohit Shetty, who has also drafted out the story of the film. This action-drama will bring together Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh (in cameo roles) who are uniting for a mega cop universe. The film will also star Katrina Kaif as the female lead.
