The Ramayana is probably the most told and retold mythological story. This is a classic story of love triumphing over hate, good defeating evil, and much more. This story of the Ram defeating the evil demon Raavan to save his wife Sita is a good way to help children learn basic morals such as honesty and loyalty.
Chhota Bheem is probably the most popular animated cartoon to come out of India. This animated series tells the story of Bheem, one of the strongest men in Hindu mythology but as a laddoo-loving child. This cartoon about Bheem and his childhood friends has become a hit with children for over a decade now.
Along with Chhota Bheem another show that became widely popular was Krishna Balram. This series follows the life of Lord Krishna as a child along with his best friend and older brother Balram. This series revolves around the smart twin brothers, Luv and Kushh. Like in the mythological stories, the twins are extremely intelligent kids who excel at archery and sword fighting.

The Mahabharat is a popular mythological drama film based on the epic Mahabharata that has been retold many times. Ramses is a mythological story from the land of Egypt. This film follows a young archer and his general, who lead the Egyptian army to victory against the powerful Suppiluliuma, King of the Hittites. As he fights to save Egypt, the archer eventually becomes a hero.
