The talented actress hails from Chandigarh, where she has a younger brother, Pulkit Mehta. Sargun completed her Bachelor Of Commerce from Kirorimal College, Delhi University.

2. Sargun’s Acting Inspiration

Sargun Mehta loves Shah Rukh Khan and Shahid Kapoor. She idolises the Hawa Hawai queen Sridevi. From Hollywood, she likes Al Pacino of The Godfather and Scarface fame.

3. Sargun’s Hobbies 

The actress loves to play lawn tennis. Apart from that, she likes to play the board game Ludo, likes reading and watching movies. Sargun also has an enviable collection of bags!

4. Favourite Food 

Sargun is a big foodie and always craves Butter Chicken, Rajma Chawal, Pizzas, and Gulab Jamun!

5. Sargun’s Big Break 

Sargun started her television career with Zee’s 12/24 Karol Bagh (2009). On the sets of Karol Bagh, Sargun met Ravi Dubey, and after dating for three years, they got married in December 2013. Apart from Karol Bagh, Sargun has received recognition for her roles in Phulwa (2011), Hum Ne Li Hai…Shapath (2012), and Comedy Circus Ke Ajoobe (2012).

6. Why Pollywood? 

Sargun moved to Pollywood and made her debut with the 2015 film Angrej. Sargun decided to try her fate in Pollywood after watching Diljit Dosanjh‘s Jatt & Juliet. Sargun saw the booming success of Pollywood and decided to move to the industry to progress in her career.
