Save the date, block your calendar for Code M starts streaming on ZEE5 16 January 2020 onwards. The upcoming ZEE5 Original and ALTBalaji Original marks the digital debut of television heartthrob and the supremely stylish actress Jennifer Winget. Be it Riddhima or Maya, Jennifer is known to slay our existence with her impeccable acting chops. There are no two ways about the fact that she will make waves with her finesse.

Besides Jennifer, Code M boasts of immensely talented actors who have joined the cast to bring an adrenaline-pumping story to life. Tanuj Virwani, also seen in ZEE5 Original Poison, has been roped for Code M. Rajat Kapoor, an acting stalwart, too comes onboard to play a crucial character. Besides, Kashyap Shangari, Aalekh Kapoor, Keshav Sadhna and Anissa Butt will be seen essaying pivotal roles.

In a first, Jennifer shall essay a lawyer. Not any regular lawyer but she will be seen as a military lawyer. Speaking about the same, Jennifer was quoted  saying , “I am really excited to be playing the role of an Army officer. When you portray such a character, there comes a lot of responsibility with it. Realising how interesting this challenge would be, is the very reason why I took it up.”

Web series being made in India are all cashing high on intense drama and scripts. We have seen gut-wrenching stories being told on the digital medium. However, something as thrilling as a courtroom drama hasn’t been exploited to its fullest potential. With Code M we see that box being ticked off too.

It’s officially the season to wear warm and fuzzy socks. Put your feet up and binge-watch your favourite series  with a tub of popcorn (or ice-cream if you like). Stay tuned and hold your breath because Code M sure will leave you gasping for one soon!
