Once cornered, Rohan can't control himself and addresses Kajri as his wife. When Raj attacks Rohan, Kajri saves him and says that it was Rohan's mother's decision. Rohan's mother says she wants to make Sheila her elder daughter-in-law but Kamla says that she will not let her daughter bear the same fate as herself by becoming a second wife. Sheila asks Raj to call the cops and get Rohan and his family arrested. Sohanlal and Kamla both praise Sarita's good deeds.
