Naradmuni meets Mhalsa and asks her as to when will she return to Jejuri. He further informs Mhalsa that Banu has contravened her orders and is about to meet Khanderaya. Mhalsa replies to Naradmuni to inform everyone in Jejuri that anyone who violates the directives set by her will be chastised. Khanderaya and Pradhanji discuss the strategy to bring back Mhalsa to Jejuri. Pradhanji suggests that he will go along his attendants to escort Mhalsa to Jejuri.
