The lawyer announces that the court has released Pavitra on parole for 14 days on the grounds of Naman's ill-health. Saraswati orders her out of the house, so Pavitra retorts that she will go to the brothel and keep Naman also there! Niyati takes Naman away and asserts that he is her son! However, Pavitra says that Naman will be with her. Menka pleads with Baa to stop Pavitra, so Baa asks Pavitra to stay with Naman in Garodia Niwas. Pavitra triumphantly says that Naman's mother and father will perform the religious ceremony! Later, Yuvraj apologises to everyone for the scene created. Saraswati warns him to testify against Pavitra if he wanted to prove his innocence! Meanwhile, Bhavna's friends visit Bhavna and ask for her Maths and Science books as she was bright in those subjects. Bhavna asks her friend to keep the books because she will never return to school again. Jhanvi is shattered seeing this and blames herself for Bhavna's plight! Nikhil again suggests that they leave the village but Jhanvi replies that she cannot leave Bhavna in this helpless condition. Nikhil promises to teach Bhavna at home and says that he will convince his father. In Garodia Niwas, Pavitra promises Rasilibai that Naman will get both of them acquitted in the case! Pavitra asks Yuvraj to apply vermillion on her forehead, so he flings the box in anger! Yuvraj promises to testify against her in court the next day, so Pavitra reveals to him how she had got Naman's medicine misplaced! She asserts that Naman is her means to freedom!
