Yuvraj asks Pavitra to sit with him for breakfast, but she mocks at him about her being only a courtesan and how wrong she was in assuming that everything that belonged to him was hers as well. Later, Kajri assures Rasilibai that Yuvraj would transfer his inheritance to her name by midnight! Karan presents Suryakant with his company's first tender amount! Suryakant is overwhelmed. Meanwhile, when Yuvraj returns home, Pavitra gets ready to leave the house, so he promises never to stop her from doing anything. However, Pavitra says that she does not trust him anymore after being insulted and taunted. Yuvraj then summons a lawyer and says that he wants to transfer Garodia Niwas in Pavitra's name. Kajri and Rasilibai smile triumphantly, whereas Kshitij comes home just then to get some papers signed. Kshitij realises that it will be futile to ask Yuvraj not to transfer the home in Pavitra's name. Kshitij informs everyone at home about Yuvraj's plan. They are shocked and decide that they must do something to stop Yuvraj. Karan's man tells Karan that if Suryakant's company does not get registered, then Suryakant will turn bankrupt and be swindled for fraud in his own company. Meanwhile, Rasilibai praises Kajri for her brilliant plan. Kajri tells him that once the house will belong to her, she would throw Yuvraj out of the house!
