Vidya tells Sindoora that she's glad to know she holds at least a small place in Sagar's heart and thanks Sindoora for the pain! Sagar comes just then and tends to Vidya. Sindoora witnesses this. Meanwhile, some goons try to act fresh with Chandra when Harsh thrashes them. However, Chandra goes away without seeing the man's face. Uma asks the domestic help to get `laddoos' from the market for the religious ceremony later, so Vidya goes to prepare it. Gayatri tells Vidya that she'll inform Uma and Sagar about Sindoora being responsible for her condition but Vidya stops her. Gayatri vows to herself to seek revenge from Sindoora for every wound inflicted on Vidya. Meanwhile, Vidya is unable to prepare the `laddoo', when Sagar comes to the kitchen and helps her. They share special moments together. Gayatri is happy seeing them together, whereas Sindoora is jealous at the growing proximity. Later, Sagar tells Gayatri that he is beginning to slowly realise that Vidya is a nice girl. Gayatri asks him to spend more time with her but he replies that he gets confused every time he thinks about their relationship. Sagar tells Gayatri that although Vidya is a selfless and nice girl, she does not fit the image of a wife that he had in mind because of a shortcoming. However, before he can say any further, Vidya gives him the `kheer' to taste. Later, Vidya is unable to drape her sari for the religious ceremony, so Sagar helps her. The next morning, everyone is sitting for the religious ceremony when a man comes and declares that he is Chandra's husband Harsh.
