Samir sees Sagar and walks away angrily. Uma then narrates to Sagar that Surili had brought Samir to the house and claimed that Samir was Sagar's and her child because she had wanted a share of the inheritance. Uma says that once the truth about Surili was exposed, she had left Samir alone and gone away, and it was Vidya who had looked after him. Uma then berates Sagar that he wants to make every decision himself! On the other hand, Vidya train leaves and suddenly stops. The ticket collector asks who had pulled the chain, so Sagar replies that he had. Vidya cannot believe her eyes! Sagar asks her to come home. On the other hand, Sindoora scolds her family for telling the truth to Sagar but says that she will support her brother in his decision to move on in life. Just then, Sagar returns with Vidya. Everyone in the family, except Sindoora, is delighted! Uma praises Sagar for bringing Vidya back. He tells Aniket that he does not love Vidya but will give his marriage a chance. Sindoora is not pleased. Later, Uma and Aniket advise Vidya to sleep in Sagar's room. Uma then gifts her gold bangles as a token of good-luck. Vidya enters Sagar's room and is surprised to see his bed decorated with flowers by Cheenu, Bharat and Shalu.
