Harsh phones Lallan and asks him to come to Delhi immediately and marry Mahua and keep getting money from Sagar for his business. Vidya sees Harsh talking on the phone and decides that she must gather evidence and expose him. The next morning, Mahua confides to Vidya that she loves Lallan and wants to marry him. Vidya tries to dissuade Mahua but Mahua remains firm. Vidya suggests that she talk to Sagar instead of Sindoora because Sindoora hates Lallan. Meanwhile, Vidya asks Bharat about the people who were out of town when she was in Singapore, so he replies that his mother and Harsh were away. Vidya's doubts get more confirmed. On the other hand, Hema insists that Shalu marry Sagar, so Shalu blatantly refuses. Hema blackmails her about killing herself, so Shalu promises to listen to her. Later in the evening, Mr. Gupta, the lawyer meets Sagar and tells him that the documents of all their assets need to be signed by Vidya, the proprietor. Sagar is stunned to see the documents and demands to know from his family why their properties are in Vidya's name who is a mere maid! Sindoora makes an excuse but Sagar tells everyone that he is shattered to see that his entire family has changed while he was unwell. Sagar declares that he will take the responsibility of the inheritance from now on. Sindoora is stunned but Vidya is happy. He asks Sindoora also to take a break because he will do all the work now. He asks Vidya to transfer all the inheritance in his name if she indeed holds no ulterior motives, so Vidya tears all the documents! Vidya assures him that he is the sole inheritor and she never deemed herself worthy of it. Sindoora cannot believe her eyes!
