Hema continues to use Shalu to trap Sagar but he runs away from them. Meanwhile, Chandra asks Sindoora for 400,000, so she refuses, but Sagar asks Sindoora to give her the money. Chandra tells him that Harsh needs the money for his business. Sagar agrees but demands to see Harsh's business accounts first. Harsh promises to keep a tab of all dealings from now on. Sagar then asks Sindoora for the safe keys. Harsh informs Sagar that Vidya has them. Sagar is stunned and asks why Vidya has been given the responsibility. He hands over the money to Harsh and then keeps the keys with him. Sindoora is stunned. Uma apologises to Vidya but she replies that she is delighted that Sagar is fulfilling his responsibility as a son. She says that Sagar would have recovered earlier and then stops midway. Sindoora gets suspicious. Later in the market, Vidya overhears a man talking over the phone about Sagar getting kidnapped in Singapore and demanding money for the job. Vidya sees the man talking to somebody and is shocked to see that it is Harsh! However, she does not realise that the entire setup is Sindoora's plan to strengthen Vidya's suspicion on Harsh!
