Vidya tells Sagar that she is proud of him and everybody applauds. The next morning, Sagar starts the car and goes away in it. Sagar requests Vidya to sit in the car so that he can take her to the temple. Tushar follows them in his jeep. A cop spots a goon disguised as a priest but the goon runs and holds Vidya captive at gunpoint. Sagar begs the goon to spare Vidya. Tushar cleverly pulls the carpet and the cops arrest the goon. Vidya thanks Tushar for saving her, and Sagar feels upset again. When they return home, Hema informs Uma what a brave man Tushar is. She says that instead of a husband, it was Tushar who had saved Vidya. Uma too thanks Tushar for being a blessing for Vidya and asks her not to go out this way with Sagar because he is not in the right frame of mind. Sagar is pained and ashamed, so Vidya tries to pacify him by saying that Tushar is elder to him, so Sagar replies that even he wants to be a big boy like Tushar! That even he wants to be a good husband who can protect his wife! Vidya informs Tushar that Sagar is constantly comparing himself with Tushar. Meanwhile, Sindoora keeps a coat with a cufflink on the sofa. Harsh sees the coat and goes towards it.
