Aniket calls off the party. A thrilled Harsh mocks at Kartik about how dear he had proved for him! On the other hand, Cheenu and Bharat are happy that Surili will also be out of the house soon. Meanwhile, the cops take Tushar to the police station. Sindoora phones Surili and talks about a plan. Surili puts on a charade of taking Samir away. She tells everyone that attempts were made to kill Samir and malign her, but she will not tolerate it anymore. Uma asks Surili not to leave and assures her that she believes her. Uma then declares that she will be transferring her entire inheritance in Samir's name right away! She asks Vidya to put her thumb impression on the property papers. Sindoora warns Sagar that Vidya will not let go of the inheritance but he is sure that she will. However, Vidya refuses and says that she will not give away the inheritance to Surili. Sindoora is delighted that Vidya has refused. Sindoora taunts that she always knew Vidya was a greedy girl. Uma too scoffs at Vidya for disobeying her order and belittling her in front of everybody. Uma tells Vidya that the truth is out in the open now and she has betrayed her deceased husband's trust! Cheenu begs Uma to wait till Tushar comes because everything would be crystal clear then.
