Sindoora tells Surili that Tushar will inform Vidya about what he has just heard. She says that if Vidya does not agree, then she will instigate Uma against Vidya. And if she agrees with Uma, then Vidya would, anyway, be finished! Sindoora shakes hand with Surili for the first time. Meanwhile, Sindoora warns Uma that Vidya may refuse to give her consent for the inheritance transfer. She says that if Vidya refuses, then it will prove that Vidya married Sagar only for greed of wealth! Sagar is shocked to hear this.
