Tushar asks Vidya whether she is convinced now that Surili is the culprit. Vidya wonders how a mother can foster such intense hatred and harm her own child! Tushar says that they must find out what Surili's ulterior motive is. Sagar enters the room just then and promises to find out everything about their conspiracy. Tushar asks Vidya not to worry and informs Cheenu and her that he has a plan. Meanwhile, Surili is stunned to see Sheel at the door. Sheel goes on his knees and begs Surili to work in his film again. He tells her that he has a multi-million dollar Hollywood film and his American partner insists that she work in their film. Surili is delighted but Sindoora asserts that Surili will not act in the film because of family problems. Later, Tushar meets Surili and says that he admires her for rejecting stardom that had come at her feet by turning down a career in Hollywood! On the other hand, Tushar and others meets Sheel and his companion and thank them for their support. Sheel tells them that Surili is a dishonest woman and this is his chance to take revenge from her for deceiving him. Sagar who is at a distance sees them together and tries to overhear their conversation. Just then, Surili phones Sheel and says that she wants to meet him the next day.
