Keanu Reeves has been making headlines for the movie, and all of his co-stars have already been promoting it. Recently the star opened up about the ‘sad man’ meme and how it went viral

Keanu Reeves, who is preparing for the premiere of his new film ‘The Matrix Resurrections,’ is a Hollywood celebrity. He’s been making headlines for the movie, and all of his co-stars have already been promoting it. The John Wick star recently made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to publicize his forthcoming flick The Matrix Resurrections.

During the show, the Constantine star discussed the popular photo of the 57-year-old actor resting on a bench with a sorrowful expression on his face. Reeves, on the other hand, indicated that the shot was not as depressing as the internet had assumed.

He explained that he was eating a sandwich and thinking over something. He was hungry and had a lot on his mind.
Not only that but the meme was featured in one of Reeves’ works, BRZRKR, which he co-wrote alongside Matt Kindt.
The Speed actor stated how he had no clue that the reproduced rendition of the meme would be included in the book by Kindt.

“He had no idea he was going to do it, but he went, so he thinks it’s kind of meta.” That meme, or whatever it is, was incorporated into the comic strip by the artist. So that’s how art works,” Reeves continued.

Reeves recently remarked about reuniting with starlet Carrie-Ann Moss in the upcoming picture. “It’s such a great and wonderful experience to collaborate with Carrie-Anne and actually to pair up, to be that type of unified aspect, but the dichotomy of the personalities being one entity in their affection,” Reeves said.

“It’s a lot of fun to play the bond between Thomas Anderson and Trinity, and she’s an incredible artist with a good heart. It was a true joy to collaborate with you once more.”
‘The Matrix Resurrections,’ written by Lana Wachowski, is a scientific fantasy drama film. It is the fourth part of the ‘The Matrix’ movie franchise and the successor to ‘The Matrix Revolutions.
