Vicky Kaushal And Katrina Kaif Wedding: Name Of First Guest Confirmed; Guess Who?

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal’s wedding is set to take place on December 9, while the engagement, mehndi, and sangeet rituals will take place on the 7th and 8th of December, as per reports. It will be a mix of traditional and modern elements, with the pair arranging every aspect down to the slightest detail. It is the most important occasion in their life, and they want to ensure that every moment is preserved.

Vicky’s director Shashank Khaitan, who attended Varun Dhawan’s wedding earlier this year, will be among the first guests to be announced. The traditional Punjabi wedding will take place in Sawai Madhopur Fort, a 14th-century fort in Rajasthan. The fort, which has two palaces and two temples within it, has been turned into the Six Senses resort and spa, which also contains the Barwara lake, and the pair are believed to have booked the entire property for their future wedding, with their staff checking into security plans daily.

Shashank Khaitan, who helmed Vicky in the recently completed Govinda Mera Naam, will be present at the wedding as part of the actor’s baraatis. Karan Johar, the couple’s close pal, will also be present. While filmmakers Farah Khan and Zoya Akhtar are anticipated to join Katrina’s entourage. While KJo is likely to choreograph the sangeet from Vicky’s perspective, Farah, who is close to Katrina, would reportedly do so from the actress’ perspective.

Shashank is the first confirmed wedding guest. He will take a short break from his directorial debut, Dono Mile Iss Tarah, starring debutant Shanaya Kapoor, to attend the wedding. Karan and Farah are presently filming a love song with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in Delhi for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, but the project is scheduled to wrap before Katrina and Vicky’s wedding. Arpita Sharma and Alvira Agnihotri, Katrina’s close friends, will also attend the wedding however, their brother Salman, who promoted the relationship and wedding, may be unable to attend because he is in the UAE for a concert.

The pair is making every effort to ensure that no money is spent on a spectacular but intimate affair for relatives and friends. Mobile phones are not permitted like they were at Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding. They have reserved the entire hotel, with individual rooms costing millions of rupees. It is not just a high-profile wedding, but also a lavish one, costing more than three crores.

The resort offers 48 suites, and the couple is claimed to have reserved the entire facility in order to maintain seclusion and have a low-key wedding. Following the wedding, photographs of the ceremony will be distributed to the media. Ali Abbas Zafar, Katrina’s friend, is filming in Dubai for his next movie with Shahid Kapoor, therefore he might not be able to attend the wedding.
