Sembaruthi 20 July 2022 Written Update : Jacqueline is Abducted

In the previous episode of Sembaruthi, Bhuvaneshwari tells Ponnmani that she will reveal the truth shortly to him when he questions her about her present family. She gets irritated when Ponnmani suspects her. She pleads with Ponnmani to stay calm when he starts questioning her.  Bhuvaneshwari agrees to give him a hefty amount to keep quiet and asks him to work as a cook. Bhuvaneshwari is happy and thanks Parvathy, who tells her about Fernandes’s decision to stop the work. Parvathy is astonished when Bhuvaneshwari tells her about Ponnmani and her relationship with him.

Akhila is surprised when Bhuvaneshwari calls her and tells her about Ponnmani’s arrival, and the confusion created by him. Bhuvaneshwari tells Akhila that she has informed Parvathy about Ponnmani. She refuses when Akhila asks her to disclose the truth to Ponnmani. Akhila is happy when Ponnmani goes to meet Bhuvaneshwari. Adithya gets irked to see Ponnmani care towards Akhila and addressing her as ‘Bhuva’. Bhuvaneshwari senses the seriousness of the situation and pretends to scold Ponnmani.  While Vanaja meets Nandini and shares her suspicions about Akhila and Bhuvaneshwari, Prakash approaches Nandini and shares his wicked plan to frame Parvathy.

In the next episode of Sembaruthi, Prakash informs Nandini about Fernandes’s visit to India. He then shares a wicked plan with Nandini to frame Parvathy to seek revenge on her. Vanaja agrees with Nandini’s plan to put an end to Akhila and Parvathy.  Adithya notices Parvathy lost in deep thoughts. Parvathy deals with Adithya when he shares his suspicion about Ponnmani.

Vanaja keeps a close watch on Ponnmani as he enters Akhila’s room with flowers for her. Ponnmani apologises to Bhuvaneshwari for abandoning her. He tries to pacify Bhuvaneshwari and persuades her to accept the flowers as well as him. Bhuvaneshwari falls for Ponnmani’s sweet words and decides to accept him back. Vanaja intervenes and stops Bhuvaneshwari, posing as Akhila from accepting the flowers.  Vanaja holds Ponnmani by hand and drags him out of Akhila’s room. She calls out to all the family members and creates a ruckus, with a plan to expose Bhuvaneshwari.

Ponnmani faces a dilemma when Arun and Adithya confront him about the reason for giving flowers to Akhila. Bhuvaneshwari fearing that Ponnmani may blabber out the truth throws a flower vase on his head to stop him. The family is shocked when Ponnmani becomes unconscious. Adithya informs Akhila the reason for Ponnmani’s condition. The family is happy when Ponnmani regains consciousness. Vanaja is confused when Ponnmani forgets what he was trying to talk about Bhuvaneshwari and speaks irrelevantly. Vanaja keeps questioning Ponnmani his bonding with Akhila and the reason for giving flowers to her. Bhuvaneshwari intervenes and cooks up a story that Ponnmani is mentally unstable. Vanaja and the family get irritated as Ponnmani talks inappropriately. Jacqueline calls Parvathy to inform her about her father’s visit and suspects Prakash behind it.  Later, a few goons abduct Jacqueline.
