Aamir Khan Reveals How He Can’t Work With Directors Who Murder Their Own Films – Throwback to Aamir’s Iconic Interview

Mr Perfectionist of B-Town Aamir Khan revealed how he chooses his directors carefully and why doesn’t like to work with directors who murder their own films – Here’s the truth

According to Aamir there are three main reasons for choosing his directors wisely. That is the only practical way of working. Because he thinks that to make a good movie it takes about 100 days for the movie to completely process. So to make a movie every 100 days, on a maximum three movies can be made.

He shares that he always cares about the producer and their economic conditions, otherwise he would’ve been signing more films. The actor says boldly that if a director wants to make six or nine film at a time then it will take on and average two to three years to complete each movie.

But the star says that he is never in favour of delays. According to the actor if the director is paid well and everything goes systematically an excellent movie is ought to be made. Aamir says he cant fit in more than three films at a time and this is only his working style.

He always selects his directors carefully as whoever the director is, he only does one film at a time. One of the exception is Director Dharmesh Darshan who did both Dhadkan and Mela at the same time. According to the actor a directors job is not just making the film but also making sound effects, dubbing, making advertisement campaigns ets. He says there are many directors don’t go to shoot their own movie songs and action scenes shooting. Aamir could never admit this situation, according to him, he can’t work with the directors who murder their own work.

Presently at the work front, Aamir Khan will appear in his new movie, Laal Singh Chadda. The movie star Amir Khan can still be seen alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan in Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh. It is also said that this movie is going to bring in all the three Khans of Bollywood together, as Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan appear as cameo appearances in the movie.
