Kangana Ranaut dressed up in a red-bordered saree to receive her fourth National Award as a Best Actress for her roles in films Manikarnika and Panga

Kangana Ranaut, the Indian actress and filmmaker, shares her stunning look as she sets forward to attend the 67th National Film Awards. The Manikarnika star looks ravishing in her gleaming traditional attire. Kangana has draped a beautiful aureate saree finished with a red border. Kangana topped off her look with golden jewelry, natural make-up and mogra flowers adorned in her hair. These accessories did a phenomenal job at elevating her comely features.

Many accomplished actors like Rajnikanth and Manoj Bajpayee attended the Awards ceremony. The event, though held in 2021, honoured the best films and performances of 2019. Kangana received this award for her brilliant performance in Manikarnika (2019) and Panga (2020). She had also co-directed Manikarnika alongside director Krish Jagarlamudi. The award Kangana received at the 67th National Awards marks her fourth National Award win. Previously, she had won the National Award for Best Actress or the Rajat Kamal Award for the Best Actress award for her mesmerizing role as Rani Mehra in Queen (2014) and her role in Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015). Kangana’s professional background has always been multi-faceted and versatile. Her debut film Gangster was released in 2006 and emerged to be a commercial success. Kangana’s acting style has been held in high esteem by various critics. Kangana has aced several performances in movies like Life In A Metro (2007), Fashion (2008), Krrish 3. Her performance in Fashion was a significant landmark in the trajectory of her career. Her role in the movie Queen marked her very first National Award for Best Actress.

Her upcoming projects include Tejas, wherein Kangana will portray an Indian Air Force Pilot, a portrayal of Indira Gandhi in the movie ‘Emergency’. She will also be producing the Black Comedy ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
