BTS: V says ‘Pathetic’ in cryptic postings expressing his anger amid dating rumours

V, a singer of BTS, has recently been the subject of dating rumours. HYBE, the agency for the K-pop group, published a statement clarifying the situation

South Korean boy band BTS, who are always in the spotlight due to their chart-topping songs, has once again set the gossip mills ablaze. The Permission to Dance singers, on the other hand, appear to avoid addressing relationship rumours about them, which continue to make headlines from time to time. After being sighted at the VVIP preview event for the ‘Korea International Art Fair (KIAF) 2021′ opening, BTS’ V has been the subject of relationship rumours.

 

Earlier this week, multiple news agencies stated that BTS member V is dating the daughter of Phillip Jeon, the Paradise Group President, and Choi Yoon-Jung, the head of the Paradise Culture Foundation. According to media sources, V’s favourite accessory is a bracelet designed by the chairman’s daughter. BTS’ V, on the other hand, appears to have expressed his displeasure with recent reports that he was dating the Korean businessman’s daughter.

His first post, translated by BTS fan Soo Choi, read, “Pathetic, I’d like to sing UGH,” referring to BTS’ popular song. The song is directed towards people who propagate false information on social media. He followed up with a post that said,  “In tonight’s dream I’ll shoot poisoned needle on their back necks. Please watch out for your neck. Puk Puk.”

After V attended the KIAF 2021 VVIP preview event, there were rumours that he was dating the businessman’s daughter. He reportedly went to the event with Choi Yoon-family. jung’s “Chairwoman Choi Yoon-family jung’s and V are only acquaintances,” HYBE confirmed, as reported by Soompi.

BTS members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are now rehearsing for a performance in Los Angeles, California. This will be BTS’ first in-person, live concert since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. The K-pop trio had planned a world tour for the summer of 2020, but it had to be cancelled owing to the Covid-19 outbreak in various nations.
