Aryan Khan Drug Case: Bombay High Court Allows Star Kid To Not Visit NCB Office Every Week – Deets Inside

Aryan Khan, at such an early age, has become popular as his drug case has become the talk of the town. He was detained by the NCB officials on a cruise bound from Mumbai to Goa. The star kid was put into jail on October 3 till he got his bail granted by the Bombay High Court on October 28. He then stepped out of jail but he had to follow certain conditions mentioned in his bail. One among them was his weekly attendance at the probe agency on each Friday afternoon.

Now, days after his release from jail, the Bombay High Court has allowed a request by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan seeking adaption and leisure of some of the bail conditions. It also included Aryan’s weekly attendance at Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai office in the most talked-about case. The court also said that Aryan Khan has to present himself in Delhi, whenever the Special Investigation Team convoked him.

Speaking more of it, a single-judge bench of Justice Nitin W Sambre said that the star kid will have to appear before the Special Investigation Team of the NCB in Delhi as and when they call him. A provided 72-hour notice is given by the Central agency to Aryan Khan.

The Bombay High Court also said that Shah Rukh Khan’s son will have to notify the investigating officer and provide a gist of the planned route before going out of Mumbai. This was also a condition in the bail that Aryan Khan is not allowed to leave the place on any condition. So, finally, it’s a sigh of release for Aryan Khan and even for Shah Rukh Khan as the conditions are eased down.

It was a tough time for the star kid and even for the Bollywood Badshah when he was inside the jail. The world for Khan’s had shattered and everyone was wishing for Aryan’s secured release. The same happened and his bail plea was granted on October 28 after its rejection two times. On October 30, the star kid stepped out of Arthur Jail Road and was set free to go home.
