Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan, has been delayed for quite some time, due often to pandemic-related concerns. Laal Singh Chaddha is an official remake of Forrest Gump, in which Tom Hanks played a major role. Atul Kulkarni, who co-starred with Aamir Khan in Rang De Basanti, wrote the script for the adaptation. Advait Chandan, who previously directed Secret Superstar, is directing the mega-project. The creators have officially stated that the film would be released on April 14, 2022. The film will compete with Yash’s ‘KGF 2’.
