Kundan Gets Impressed with Genda
Kundan Agarwal explains the importance of business to his sons Varun and Manish. He spots Genda at a function dedicated to Maharaj Agrasen and likes her for his son. Later, Varun gets a stroke.
Genda Bumps into Varun
Kundan tells his wife Anuradha about Genda. The doctor warns Varun that he shouldn’t get married due to his illness. Genda meets Kundan and later bumps into Varun.
Genda Refuses to Marry Varun
Varun keeps his family in the dark about the doctor’s warning. He goes to the temple with his uncle Gopal and his sons and meets Genda there. Genda rejects Varun’s alliance once she returns home.
Genda in a Dilemma
Kundan learns that Genda has turned down the marriage proposal and considers it as an insult. Varun apologises to Genda. She later feels that she has made a mistake by turning down the proposal.

Genda’s mother goes to sell jewellery and the goldsmith turns out to be Kundan’s friend. Kundan decides to buy another shop. Genda goes to a restaurant with her friends while Varun too arrives there.
Kundan Gives a Necklace for Genda
Jindal tells Kundan that Genda’s mother Santosh had arrived to sell her jewellery. Kundan gets furious with her for it and gives her an ancestral necklace for Genda. However, this leaves Genda upset.
