Agent Raghav - Crime Branch Season 1 Episodes

Three different people die by jumping in front of a speeding train on three different days. On investigation, Raghav finds that all of them were witnesses in a hit and run case. They had given false testimony, for money, to turn it into a road accident. The fourth witness, Nirmal Saluja, was cheated of his share of money by the other three. Nirmal, a trained psychiatrist and an expert in hypnotising people through telephone calls, used this method to take revenge by killing them one by one.

Ex CBI Officer Vineet Sethi is murdered. Raghav suspects Rocky and Akanksha. Rocky, who has an illicit affair with Akanksha, goes missing. Though Akanksha’s husband Amit is alive, Raghav finds Amit's dead body hidden in his own factory. Finally, Raghav unveils that Rocky and Akanksha killed Amit. Akanksha had taken advantage of Rocky's lost memory and changed his face to Amit’s through surgery and convinced him that he is Amit. And when Vineet realised the truth, he was killed by Akanksha.

An assassin tries to kill Minister Mr Gupta. He gets injured, but his close associate Madhu Sharma dies on the spot. Police arrest the shooter Bharat Chaube. Raghav is sure that Bharat is not the real shooter and Mr Gupta’s personal security Rana is somehow involved in the conspiracy. Later, Rana is also killed. Finally, Raghav finds out that the whole conspiracy is Mr Gupta’s brainchild to eliminate Madhu, who was handling Minister’s illicit money and was gradually becoming a threat to him.

People believe that Ratan Singh was killed by a haunted hound. His nephew Rudra Pratap also sees the animal and panics. Raghav and his team find some chemical gas in the forest which creates a hallucination. Their investigation reveals that as per Ratan Singh’s will, the family doctor, Dr Gujral, will control the property after Rudra. Dr. Gujral took advantage of the myth of the haunted hound and used a pet hound to scare hallucinated Ratan Singh to death. Rudra is his next target.

Sushma Uppal, a noted social activist, is found dead in a hotel room. Raghav and his team investigate and find out the modus operandi. The main suspects are Sushma’s husband Parakh Uppal, who is a diplomat, the pharmaceutical company owner Kailash Jain, a reporter Saloni Rai and an old friend Gaurav Dhimani. Investigation reveals that Gaurav has killed Sushma by implanting poisonous powder in her hair drier and faked her suicide note to take revenge because she had rejected her love proposal.

The dead body of eminent industrialist Sundar Jalani is found at a crematorium. The body has three wounds on the chest in a straight line. Raghav concludes that the murder weapon is a Trishul. CBI finds the involvement of an Aghori Sadhu, Bimbitka, in the case. Sundar’s step-sister Radhika is also a suspect. After thorough investigation and analysis, Raghav finds that Abhay, the son of the victim, killed his father and tried to frame Radhika and Bimbitka for the murder.

Rahul, the son of an industrialist, is murdered in a farmhouse just a day before his marriage to Juhi. He was with two friends. Those two were drugged and remember nothing. Raghav deducts that the killer is a woman. The investigation reveals that Rahul was having an affair with Juhi’s best friend Alisha, who was present at the crime scene. She becomes the prime suspect. But Raghav finally discovers that Juhi killed Rahul with meticulous planning to punish him for his affair with Alisha.

Raghav and his team reach Goa to investigate the case of a missing British woman Ana Smith. Inspector Ajwekar is in charge of the case. Local boys find Ana’s dead body on a beach. Raghav feels that Goa’s drug mafias are related to the death. Suspects are Sam, Puneet & Fonseca. Trisha finds that Ana’s real name was Rachel Stephens. She was a crime reporter. Finally, Raghav finds the real killer, Inspector Ajwekar, who is a drug mafia in the Police uniform.

Dr Trehan and a few others are killed in a hospital lift allegedly by Inspector Singh when the lift stops midway due to an electrical malfunction. Singh claims someone else killed them in the dark. CCTV footage shows there was no one else. Raghav concludes that Prateik entered the lift through a fan vent to kill them. Prateik is also found murdered. Raghav finds out that Matron Dasgupta is the real brain behind all this. Rivalry to control banned drug business at the hospital is the issue.

Agent Raghav goes undercover as an inmate of Karnal Prison to investigate the death of Baba Dharmanand. Baba was poisoned to death but strangely his disciple Tuliram, who tasted the food before him, is alive. Suspects are many, including the jailor. After a series of events Raghav finds the killer, the cook Keshav Banwari, who is a convicted businessman and who was Baba’s business partner. He mixed poison not directly in the food, but in a coat of Ghee inside the cover of the lunch box.
