Saloni and Shubra visit their maternal home, and Saloni is emotional seeing her entire family together. Saloni and Shubra perform the `Tilak' ceremony on Samar, but he forgets to give them the gifts. Kaveri gives Saloni a champagne bottle, so Ambica scolds her. Kaveri then updates Ambica about the parties that Saloni has been having recently. Ambica refuses to believe Kaveri, so Saloni admits that Kaveri is indeed speaking the truth. Ambica breaks down. Narpat informs her how the changes came about in Saloni. Saloni returns home and Shibu gives her the next letter giving her 24 hours time to break the 7th marital vow with Nahar. Meanwhile, when Shubra returns home, Kunjan demands to know the truth from her and says that he will never trust her again! Tara recalls at night how she had lost her baby on the same day many years ago, and weeps. Brijesh pacifies her. Nahar tells Tara that he is responsible for her condition and vows to give Tara and Brijesh his and Saloni's baby. He promises Tara that she will not remain barren. Nahar asks Saloni for her opinion, so even she agrees.
