Sindoora empties Sagar's genuine medicine bottles and throws them in the bin. Sagar and Bharat leave for the picnic. Bharat assures Vidya that he will be around to tend to him. Sindoora phones Bharat's teacher and asks him to keep a constant eye on Sagar and says that her work must be done. Hema informs Uma and others that there was a religious ceremony taking place and asks them to accompany her. Hema asks Shalu whether she had mixed laxatives in Cheenu's snack. Shalu replies that the laxative will take time to work. Chandra asks her sisters to come for dinner. She decides that she must win over Sindoora's trust once again if she wants to live in the house. Meanwhile, Bharat's friends decide to play a prank on Sagar and mock him because they think that he is a madman! On the other hand, Cheenu complains of severe stomach pains. Vidya offers to stay back to tend to him. Even Harsh offers to stay back at home, much to Vidya's chagrin. However, Hema insists that he accompany her. Harsh is annoyed with Hema. Hema says that Shalu will also tend to Cheenu. Later, Bharat phones Vidya and asks her to talk to Sagar. Sagar doesn't recognise her voice and says that he is scared. Sagar yells out her name. Vidya is worried sick and then hears Bharat and Sagar talk about how Sagar had made a fool of Vidya. Vidya and Sagar laugh and make amends. On the other hand, Bharat's teacher comes to feed Sagar the spurious medicine.
