Surajpratap's men take him to the hospital. On the other hand, Gauri tends to Akash's wounds. Akash then sees a wound on Gauri's hand but she ignores it. Akash insists on dressing up her wound. Gauri is touched. Akash tells Gauri that he has realised her importance in his life and apologises for ill-treating her. Suman and Jhanvi visit a temple where they meet Suman's aunt who tells Jhanvi that she looks just like her mother-in-law, but prays that Jhanvi will not have to endure the same hardships as her mother-in-law did. Jhanvi later asks Suman the truth about their mother-in-law but Suman again remains evasive. Meanwhile, Yuvraj takes up a job of a loader. After a while, he experiences pain because of his recent operation but continues to work. Just then, the doctor who had operated him sees him and cautions him against doing strenuous chores for at least a month. Yuvraj replies that circumstances had compelled him to such a state. Later, Menka sees the blisters on Yuvraj's hand and realises how hard he has toiled. Yuvraj brings food for her, and he suddenly starts experiencing severe pain. Yuvraj collapses. Nikhil and others are informed about Surajpratap's accident. Surajpratap is brought home and Prakash informs Nikhil that they know the culprit behind the conspiracy. Meanwhile, the doctor summons Saraswati and Niyati and informs them about Yuvraj's ailing condition. He then reveals that it was none other than Yuvraj who had donated his kidney to Kshitij. Saraswati and Niyati are stunned!
