Jhanvi is stunned to see Prakash. She tells him that she had seen the shadow of a woman nearby but he warns her to heed the orders of others and not step into the room. Kshitij returns home, so Phulki taunts that most problems at home were caused because of unwanted people staying here! Kshitij informs everyone that he does not know who the God-sent messenger was who had donated his kidney. Jhanvi mentions to Suman that she had seen a shadow the previous night but Suman cautions her not to talk or think about the matter. A dejected Gauri sits all alone in the hotel when she receives a call from Devyani. She lies to Devyani that Akash has gone out for a while. Devyani then phones Akash and she catches his lie. Devyani orders him to spend time with Gauri! Rasik meets Menka and asks her to convince the family to take back the charges cast on Yuvraj. Menka replies that it is impossible, so Rasik asks her to at least convince Yuvraj to put the blame on Pavitra. An angry Akash scolds Gauri for complaining about him to his mother. He packs her bags and says that she will have to stay with him all the time now! Jhanvi tells Nikhil that all of them were going to the temple, so his father warns Suman to teach Jhanvi not to take her husband's name! Jhanvi apologises to him but he warns her not to forget the rules of the house or she'd be severely punished. Menka requests her family to take back the charges against Yuvraj so that he can be released but Saraswati refuses and warns her that none of them will ever forgive him. Jhanvi is intrigued by the so-called temple and again asks Suman why they come to worship here.
