Yuvraj keeps phoning Pavitra but she does not answer and finally switches it off. Dev confesses to Pavitra that they surely share some kind of a bond that draws them to each other. He says that he senses solitude in her eyes, and despite having all luxuries, both of them were unhappy and that it would continue till they found their perfect soul mate. When Pavitra returns, Yuvraj bombards her with questions. Pavitra reminds him that she is his wife, not a servant. On the other hand, Kajri later tells Rasilibai that they need not find a girl for Dev because she will manage to get him under her thumb! Rasilibai suggests that they first acquire Yuvraj's inheritance, and then target Dev's wealth! Meanwhile, Kavita tells Karan that Lakshmi seems to have acquired a strange sense of happiness and courage that could prove harmful for their plan. Savitri gives Suryakant offerings but it falls on the ground. However, he eats it and assures her that nothing inauspicious will happen. Karan gifts Suryakant a new home. Suryakant is stunned. Karan tells him that his son was giving it to him. Suryakant is overwhelmed with the gesture, while Karan looks on angry. He asks Suryakant to sign some papers. Karan vows that Suryakant's ruination will start soon!
