Aparna Suresh Mane (Appi) lives with her parents and grandparents in a small village in Maharashtra. From childhood, she has dreamt of becoming an IAS officer and she is always striving to achieve her goal. However, no proper educational facilities are available in her village and she faces several social obstacles besides the pressure of doing well in her exams. But Appi is determined and becomes an IAS officer with support from her family. Even so, she faces discrimination from her male colleagues. Further, Appi falls in love with a corrupt police officer named Arjun. She continues to help people in need and perform her duty, but will Appi be able to transform Arjun?
