Mulk

Mulk is a 2018 social drama film starring Rishi Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Ashutosh Rana, Prateik Babbar and Rajat Kapoor. When a young member of a Muslim joint family takes to terrorism, the entire family is targeted and ostracised by the society. Murad Ali Mohammed, the patriarch of the family, and his lawyer daughter-in-law set out to fight a legal battle to clear the family’s name, prove their loyalty and patriotism towards the country, and reclaim their honour. Loaded with hard-hitting dialogues and strong performances, the courtroom drama focuses on the thought-provoking message that terrorism has no religion.
