Halim, a divorcee is overjoyed, when her husband returns to her seeking a remarriage. But, according to the customs, the couple cannot get back together until Halim undergoes Halala i.e. she gets married to another guy, consummates the marriage and gets a divorce. A maulana offers to help the couple and marries Halim. But things come to a heady mix when Halim gets confused between the Maulana, who has only showered her with love and care in this marriage, and her old love.
