Jugnu is centered around a guy named Ashok who grew up to become a smart thief called Jugnu and snatches from corrupt people and smugglers and distributes them to the poorer section of society. Mahesh is the guy who helps him in his every action. Soon he gets into a confrontation with another smuggler group and tries to fail their every move. Around this time, Ashok fell in love with Seema, a dancer cum shooter, the niece of the inspector general of police. So, how will these two people with different goals unite in life?
