Heartless is a 2014 Hindi film starring Adhyayan Suman and Ariana Ayam. Aditya, son of a single mother and a business tycoon Gayatri Singh suffers from a rare heart disease that requires a heart transplant. Aditya asks his friend Dr. Sameer Saxena, a heart surgeon to perform the operation going against his mother`s advice. The story takes an unexpected turn in the operation theatre where during the heart transplant surgery Aditya experiences Anesthesia Awareness, a phenomenon when a patient is unconscious from outside but can hear sounds and experience pain. Aditya over hears certain horrifying and disturbing truths that change his life forever.
