Aligarh is a 2016 Hindi biography drama film starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao. Based on a real-life incident, the film reveals the plight of homosexuals in the Indian society. The story revolves around professor Ramchandra Siras of Aligarh Muslim University who gets suspended due to his sexual orientation.
