Zee Marathi Kutumb Awards’ online voting process is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”). Participation is open only to residents of Maharashtra through (“Voting Portal”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

A. Availability

The Voting shall be open from 10th September 2026 until 11:59 p.m. IST on 3rd October 2026 ("Voting Period"). Any vote submitted outside the Voting Period, including after the closing date and time, shall be deemed invalid and shall not be eligible for consideration.

B. Eligibility

There shall be no age restriction for participation in the Voting. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that a participant is a minor under the applicable laws of India, such participation shall be deemed to have been undertaken with the prior knowledge, consent and supervision of his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and ZEEL shall not be responsible for verifying the same.

The Voting is open only to individuals residing within the territory of Maharashtra. Votes cast from outside Maharashtra, or through any means that conceal or misrepresent the participant's location, shall be liable to be rejected at ZEEL's sole discretion.

By participating in the Voting, each participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that such participation is voluntary and undertaken at his/her sole discretion, risk and responsibility. Participants further agree that they shall bear all costs, expenses, liabilities and consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Voting, and hereby release and discharge ZEEL from any claims, actions, demands or liabilities in relation thereto, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

C. General Terms

Participants shall not make, publish, communicate or disseminate any false, misleading, defamatory, disparaging or derogatory statement or content concerning ZEEL, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives or the Voting through any medium, including but not limited to social media platforms, digital media, print media, television, public forums or press interactions.

For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the Voting does not entitle any participant to any prize, reward, benefit, compensation or consideration, whether in cash or kind, and no such entitlement shall arise by virtue of casting a vote.

No entry fee, participation fee or other consideration shall be payable by any participant for participation in the Voting.

The Voting is being conducted solely as a promotional activity for a limited duration. ZEEL reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, cancel, extend or otherwise alter the Voting, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice or assigning any reasons whatsoever.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, ZEEL, its affiliates, associates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost, expense or disappointment of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participation in the Voting. Participants hereby waive any right to bring any claim against ZEEL in respect of any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits or similar losses, arising from or relating to the Voting.

All matters relating to the conduct, administration, duration, operation and rules of the Voting shall be determined by ZEEL in its sole and absolute discretion, and ZEEL's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

By participating in the Voting, participants consent to the collection, processing, storage and use of the information provided by them in connection with the Voting, in accordance with ZEEL's applicable privacy practices and the provisions of applicable Indian laws. Such information may be used by ZEEL for the purposes of administering the Voting and for such other purposes as may be permitted under applicable law.

D. Voting Mechanism

The names, images and other relevant details of the nominees in each category shall be displayed on the Voting Portal. Participants may cast their votes only for the nominee(s) listed on the Voting Portal, and no other mode of voting shall be accepted.

To participate in the Voting, participants shall be required to access the Voting Portal and select their preferred nominee(s) in the applicable category/categories in accordance with the instructions displayed therein.

Votes may be cast only through the Voting Portal during the Voting Period. Votes submitted through any other mode or medium shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

Each participant shall be entitled to cast only one (1) vote per category through his/her registered and logged-in account. Multiple votes from the same account in respect of the same category shall not be permitted and may be rejected at ZEEL's sole discretion.

Prior to casting a vote, participants shall be required to provide such information as may be requested on the Voting Portal, including but not limited to their name, location and contact details. Submission of complete and accurate information shall be a prerequisite for a valid vote. ZEEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, invalidate or disregard any vote submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information.

ZEEL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any vote and to reject, invalidate or disqualify any vote or participant if it reasonably believes that such vote has been submitted through fraudulent, automated, manipulative or otherwise impermissible means, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

E. Technical Limitations and Disclaimer

ZEEL, its affiliates, associates, sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with:

i. any interruption, delay, failure, malfunction or defect relating to any electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, server, telecommunications or other computer or communications systems;

ii. any inability of a participant to access, use or submit a vote through the Voting Portal due to technical, connectivity or system-related issues;

iii. any loss, damage, injury, disruption, delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ZEEL, including any force majeure event; and

iv. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, unauthorized access, loss of data, or technical failure affecting the Voting or the Voting Portal.

F. Data Collection and Processing

a) By participating in the Voting and/or accessing or using the Voting Portal, participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing, use and disclosure of their personal information provided in connection with the Voting, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, ZEEL's Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

b) ZEEL values and respects the privacy of participants and shall take reasonable measures to protect personal information collected in connection with the Voting in accordance with applicable laws and its internal privacy practices.

c) Participants acknowledge and agree that, despite reasonable security measures implemented by ZEEL, no system, platform or technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure from unauthorized access, loss, corruption, cyber-attacks, technical failures or other security breaches. Accordingly, ZEEL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or dissatisfaction suffered by a participant arising from any such event, except to the extent caused by ZEEL's wilful misconduct or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

d) ZEEL shall not disclose a participant's personal information to any third party except as required by applicable law, regulatory or judicial authority, or as otherwise permitted under these Terms and Conditions and ZEEL's Privacy Policy.

e) In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, reorganization or similar corporate transaction involving ZEEL or its affiliates, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be transferred or disclosed to the relevant successor or acquiring entity, subject to applicable law.

G. Disclaimers

a) ZEEL may, at its sole discretion, publicize and promote the Voting through television, digital, print, social media and/or any other medium.

b) ZEEL does not warrant uninterrupted access to the Voting Portal and shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, technical malfunction, network failure, system error or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

c) Participants shall not be entitled to seek any audit, inspection or verification of the systems, processes, databases or methodologies used by ZEEL in relation to the Voting.

d) The Voting Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZEEL makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, accessibility, performance or functionality of the Voting Portal.

e) ZEEL shall not be responsible for any vote that is not received, recorded or processed due to technical failures, network disruptions, connectivity issues, power outages, system errors or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

f) The interpretation, administration and conduct of the Voting and these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of ZEEL, and all decisions of ZEEL shall be final and binding

g) To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, participants waive any claims against ZEEL, its affiliates and service providers arising from or in connection with the Voting.

H. Indemnity

The participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ZEEL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with the participant's breach of these Terms and Conditions, misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of any applicable law in relation to the Voting.

I. Intellectual property

The Contest, design, mark, as well as the names, logos, and materials displayed on or through site including trademarks, tradenames, service marks ("Marks") are owned by or licensed to ZEEL and are subject to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights under Indian laws. Viewers agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, stream capture, archive, upload, publish, broadcast, sell, resell, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer and/or exploit such Marks, for any purposes, unless expressly permitted to you by ZEEL in writing. without limitation. In addition, viewers are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works, or materials that otherwise are derived from or based on in any way similar and/or related to the Contest, Marks, including montages, mash-ups and similar videos, wallpaper, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise, except as authorized by these terms and conditions or as otherwise authorized in writing by ZEEL. Viewers must abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in or associated with the Voting. Viewers must not remove, alter, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices marked on any ZEEL content or any digital rights management mechanism, device or other content protection or access control measure (including, without limitation, geo-filtering and/or encryption) associated with the Voting.

J Grounds for Disqualification

ZEEL reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, invalidate or disqualify any participant and/or vote, at any stage of the Voting, including in the following circumstances:

(a) where the participant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed under these Terms and Conditions;

(b) where the participant has failed to comply with, or is found to be in breach of, any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

(c) where the participant has provided incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information in connection with the Voting;

(d) where the participant is found to have engaged in any fraudulent, unfair, manipulative, automated or unauthorized activity in relation to the Voting;

(e) where, in ZEEL's reasonable opinion, the participant has acted in a manner prejudicial to the reputation, goodwill or interests of ZEEL, Zee Marathi, the Voting or any of their respective affiliates; or

(f) where ZEEL otherwise determines, acting reasonably and in good faith, that the participant's continued participation in the Voting is undesirable, inappropriate or contrary to the objectives of the Voting.

K. General Provisions

a) By participating in the Voting, each participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

b) The interpretation, administration and conduct of the Voting, including the determination of any question, dispute, eligibility issue or matter arising in connection with the Voting, shall be at the sole discretion of ZEEL. All decisions of ZEEL shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants, and no correspondence, objection or appeal in relation thereto shall be entertained.

c) Each participant represents and warrants that all information provided by him/her in connection with the Voting is true, accurate and complete, and that he/she is participating in the Voting personally and not through any automated means, software, device, bot or other unauthorized mechanism.

d) In the event a participant engages in any unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper conduct in relation to the Voting, ZEEL reserves the right to disqualify such participant, invalidate any vote cast by such participant and take such action as it may deem appropriate under applicable law.

e) Employees, officers and directors of ZEEL, Zee Marathi, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, sponsors, agencies and service providers associated with the Voting, and their immediate family members, shall not be eligible to participate in the Voting.

f) ZEEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, extend, withdraw or terminate the Voting and/or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

g) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

h) No failure or delay by ZEEL in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver thereof.

L. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the Voting shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Voting and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts to the exclusion of all other courts
