Seetha’s father is glad to see Seetha dressed as Goddess. Ram offers lift to Seetha when her bike breaksdown. Mahalakshmi saves Sushma from Anand, but refuses to accept her as her daughter-in-law.

Ram becomes upset when Mahalakshmi asks him to marry the girl of her choice. He rejoices when he learns that Mahalakshmi has chosen Madhumita for him. Ram's family goes to see Madhumita.

Surya gets angry when Madhumitha refuses for the register the marriage. The families discuss Ram and Madhumitha’s marriage, which delights Seetha. Madhumitha turns down the marriage proposal.

Surya severes ties with Madhumitha when she informs him about Ram's marriage proposal. Madhumitha reluctantly meets Ram. She plans to tell Ram about Surya and call off the marriage.

Surya leaves for the city. Seetha’s family is pleased to see Ram admiring Madhumitha during the pre-wedding function. Ram is astonished when Madhumitha and Surya visit him late at night.

Seetha and her parents are distraught when they fail to find Madhumitha. They are shocked when Ram informs them about Madhumitha marrying Surya. A furious Rajashekar holds Madhumitha on gun point.

Uma and Rajashekar disown Madhumitha for marrying Surya. Ram’s uncle, to seek revenge on Mahalakshmi, convinces Ram to marry Seetha. Rajashekar falls at Seetha's feet, who refuses to marry Ram.

Uma and Rajashekar are elated when Ram marries Seetha. Elsewhere, Malini lashes out at Surya for marrying Madhumitha. Mahalakshmi loses her temper when Ram marries Seetha and announces her decision.

Mahalakshmi lashes out at Rajashekar and asks him to take Seetha back. Meera opposes Mahalakshmi and asks Seetha her decision for Ram’s sake. Ram notices Seetha getting drenched in the rain.

Meera scolds Ram and tells him to bring Seetha into the house, but Mahalakshmi stops him. Ram’s family compels him to send Seetha away. Seetha opposes Ram when he tells her to go back.

Rajashekar scolds Uma for speaking to Madhumitha. The family stops Mahalakshmi as she tries to shoot Seetha, who does the puja. Seetha gives a fitting reply to Mahalakshmi, who stops her from eating.

Seetha opposes Ram for the ill-treatment meted out by his family. Angered by Seetha’s behaviour, Mahalakshmi asks Subash to keep Ram away from Seetha. Mahalakshmi asks Ram to sleep in Dhurai’s room.

Mahalakshmi stages an act to send Seetha back. Madhumitha apologises to Seetha for facing all the troubles. Ram panics as he sees Seetha sleeping beside him.

The family gets angry when Ram struggles to take the house keys from Seetha. Rajashekar threatens Mahalakshmi, who condemns him. Ram is upset when Seetha decides to go home with her parents.

Mahalakshmi and Archana humiliate Seetha and her parents. Unable to bear her parent's humiliation, Seetha challenges Mahalakshmi of making her apologise to Rajashekar and announces her decision.

Seetha gets furious when Ram tries to hit her. Mahalakshmi informs her family about getting Madhumitha and Ram married. Seetha threatens Anjali and Sathya for speaking arrogantly.

Mahalakshmi threatens Madhumitha that she will harass Seetha.n She bribes Malini to separate Surya and Madhumitha. Madhumitha pacifies Surya, who worries about Mahalakshmi’s threats.

Mahalakshmi seeks Malini’s help to keep Surya and Madhumitha away from each other. Seetha argues with Mahalakshmi when Subhash refuses to send Ram with her. Seetha convinces Ram and takes him away.

Seetha thanks Ram for helping Madhumitha marry Surya. As instructed by Mahalakshmi, Malini injures herself to stop Surya and Madhumitha’s nuptial night. Seetha’s words make Mahalakshmi nervous.

Malini tells Mahalakshmi to not let Seetha and Ram unite. Seetha sits on the floor to eat and advises Archana, who taunts her. Ram’s father gets agitated when Seetha pours water on Anjali.

Seetha teaches a lesson to Sathya and Anjali, who try to scare her. Seetha prepares Ram’s favourite dish but lies to the family. She is happy when Ram relishes the food and thanks her indirectly.

Ram holds Seetha as she trips while carrying the sewing machine. Mahalakshmi hits Seetha, who gives a fitting reply to Mathangi for humiliating her.

Ram opposes his father and Subash, who condemn Seetha for humiliating Mathangi. Seetha apologises to Mahalakshmi. Pleased by it, Mahalakshmi arranges a reception for Ram and Seetha.

Mahalakshmi plans to introduce Madhumitha as her daughter-in-law at the reception. Durai is alarmed when he learns about Mahalakshmi’s plan. Seetha asks Mahalakshmi to invite her parents.

Archana is happy to learn about Mahalakshmi’s plan. Mahalakshmi cautions Ram, who plans to go to the village with Seetha. Ram is amused when Seetha shows her school and talks about her childhood.
