Ramayan - Sabke Jeevan Ka Aadhar is a Hindi mythological drama television series starring Gagan Malik, Neha Sargam, Nishant Kumar and Neil Bhatt. A timeless classic tracing the journey of Lord Rama through the trials and tribulations of his iconic life. Lord Rama showed people the way of life, the core values, ideals and principles that form the crux of Indian culture and upbringing.

Ram performs Jatayu's last rites. Trijata consoles an emotional Sita. When Ram helps a cursed tree, the latter tells him to meet Sugriv. Ram comes across Sabri's cottage. Lakshman is stunned when Ram eats the half-eaten fruits offered by Sabri. Later, Sabri tells Ram about Sugriv and Hanuman.

Ram is worried about Sita and conveys his concerns to Lakshman. Sita reprimands Ravana's actions. Ram and Lakshman venture in Sugriv's kingdom. Worried about the intruders, Sugriv sends Hanuman to meet them. Pleased after meeting his lord, Hanuman brings Ram and Lakshman to Sugriv.

Lakshman assures Ram that they will find Sita. Sita laments the fact that she crossed the Lakshman Rekha. Sugriv agrees to help Ram and Lakshman and narrates his story. Later, Ram promises to help Sugriv in his fight against Bali and assures him that he will get his kingdom back.

Sugriv and others are astounded to see the strength of Ram. Sugriv tells Ram to attack Bali while being hidden. Vibhishan warns Ravan of the trouble Sita could bring. Listening to the reason why Ram didn't attack Bali, Sugriv apologises to Ram. Later, Sugriv provokes Bali for a fight.

Bali dies after an intense fight with Sugriv and later, Sugriv is crowned as the new king. Krutika pretends to apologise to Sita for her behaviour towards her. Ram continues to worry about his wife. Ravan gets angry at Krutika for failing to convince Sita to marry him.

Hanuman tells Queen Tara to pacify an enraged Lakshman who is infuriated with Sugriv. Sugriv shares his plans with everyone. Hanuman and others get ready to search for Sita. Ravan shows Sita the decapitated head of Ram, to provoke her. Hanuman seeks for Ram's blessings before beginning his search.

Sita regains consciousness and breaks down thinking about Ram's death. Lord Agni intervenes when Sita tries to commit suicide. While searching for Sita, Hanuman comes across a female ascetic Swayamprabha, who agrees to help him. On learning about Sita's location, Hanuman thinks of ways to reach her.

Hanuman comes across Sampati and tells him about Jatayu's death. Jambavan reminds Hanuman about his powers and asks him to fly across the ocean to Lanka. Hanuman comes across Surasa, who puts him to test. Further, Hanuman faces Lankini before entering Lanka. Later, Hanuman meets Vibhishan.

Vibhishan tells Hanuman about Sita being in Ashok Vatika. When Sita continues to chant Lord Vishnu's name, a furious Ravan tries to kill her. Hanuman appears before Sita and tells her about Ram being alive and boosts her morale. Later, Ravan learns about Hanuman's arrival in Lanka.

At Ashok Vatika, Hanuman faces Ravan's son, Akshay Kumar. Ravan is shocked on learning about Akshay Kumar's death. Elsewhere, Sugriv tells Ram about Hanuman going to Lanka. Later, Hanuman faces Ravan's other son, Indrajit. Indrajit uses 'Brahmastra' to capture Hanuman and presents him before Ravan.

Hanuman insults Ravan before everyone. A furious Ravan decides to kill Hanuman but Vibhishan stops him from doing so. Ram and Sita pray for Hanuman's safety. As per Ravan's order, Hanuman's tail is set on fire. Using his burning tail, Hanuman sets fire to Lanka. Later, Hanuman rescues Lord Shani.
