Vishakha attends the wedding of her employee Mhatre's daughter. There, she meets the event manager Akash. When Vishakha insults Vasundhara, the latter's mother-in-law takes a vow.

Akash's mother tells him about the puja held for his wedding and he disapproves of it. Akash's chain accidentally falls into Vasundhara's neck and Akash gets perturbed as he loses his chain.
Avani Talks to Akash about His Remarriage
Akash solves his daughters' Chinu and Manu's fight. Vasundhara's son Bunny feeds her noodles on realising that she is hungry. Akash's sister-in-law Avani and Vasundhara's in-laws ask them to remarry.

At the saree showroom, Akash argues with Vasu, mistaking her for a saleswoman. Vasu slaps her suitor Raghu for misbehaving with her. Angered by Raghu's sister's words, Akash hits Raghu and warns him.
Akash's Family Leaves for Their Village
Sushila apologises to Vasu for choosing the wrong suitor for her. Akash's family leaves for their village, but Jayashree feels irked when Akash backs out from the trip at the last moment due to work.

Due to Akash's aunt, Mangala, Jayashree puts a condition on Mr Ranade for Vasu's marriage, leaving him and his wife worried. Avni asks Akhil to convince Jayashree. Bunny waits for Vasu at school.
