Lakshmi takes the 'Amrit Kalash' to Mount Sumeru. At Alakshmi's behest, the demons conspire to get it by deceit. Rahu's actions anger Narayan. Lakshmi asks him to forgive Rahu.

Vishnu and Lakshmi together take Mohini's form. Rahu seeks Alakshmi's help to get 'Amrit'. Mohini starts giving it to the demons and deities. Alakshmi complains that the demons have been deceived.

Mohini starts distributing 'amrit' again after the demons apologise. Vishnu punishes Rahu for drinking it by deceit. Later, the demons attack the deities after sensing that they are being deceived.

Lakshmi stops distributing 'Amrit'. On being evoked by Alakshmi, Shiv comes and orders to start 'Samudra Manthan' again. The emission of poison gets Lakshmi to decide to save the world

Lakshmi passes Lord Shiv's test. Shiv consumes poison to save the world. Later, Lakshmi vows to take care of Narayan. Alakshmi executes a ploy to break Lakshmi's vow.

Lakshmi stops taking Narayan's care and goes to help the 'Yakshas'. Saraswati decides to conduct a special puja to reunite Narayan and Lakshmi. Diti, a demoness, entrusts her son Marut with a task.

Diti asks Sage Kashyap for a boon. Lakshmi pacifies an upset Narayan. At Lord Brahma's order, Indra starts a special puja in heaven, but Lakshmi faces an obstacle while entering heaven.
