Simran informs Abhimanyu about the complications in Anandi's pregnancy. As he is worried, she asks him to trust her. Simran smiles looking at her photos clicked by Abhimanyu.

Saurabh dislikes his wife's brother Karan as he is a blabbermouth. Kavita's husband, Rohit arrives for the wedding. Simran leaves for the hospital as Anandi's health is critical.

Rashmi gets married to Rahul. Simran operates on Anandi successfully. Abhimanyu is impressed that Simran has missed Rashmi's wedding to operate on Anandi. Anandi bleeds heavily.

Simran manages to stop Anandi's bleeding without removing her uterus. Rashmi bids farewell to her family and leaves a message for Simran. Abhimanyu thanks Simran.

Simran's parents are surprised when they hear that Simran is going to attend a party. Simran attends the party with Abhimanyu who praises her simplicity and transparency.

Simran says she won't mind marrying the professor as he is a responsible person. Rashmi tells Simran that she will visit Mumbai soon. Simran scolds Abhimanyu.

Simran avoids Abhimanyu and doesn't speak to him. He waits for her outside the hospital for the entire day. Abhimanyu tells Simran that he loves her and will wait for her reply.
