Ramu, the NRI house owner, is alerted by a broker that his ancestral house is haunted and that people seeking to rent out the property are being frightened away by the ghosts. He asks three friends to stay at the house for a night and find out the truth. Little do the friends know that they are in for a night full of chilling adventures wherein they encounter ghostly figures and such. But is the house haunted? Or does someone have a sinister design to persuade Ramu to sell his house without offering him its correct value?
