Pavitra Rishta follows the story of Manav, a garage mechanic and Archana, the eldest daughter in her family of five. Manav falls in love with Archana, which culminates into their marriage, but this comes with its own set of problems. The show focuses on their difficulties in getting married and living in Mumbai.
