Narendran badmouths Lakshmi to Kunjuttan. Lakshmi learns that Sanju donated blood for her. Swathi, who reaches the hospital, learns about Lakshmi and speaks to her.

The people mock Narendran over Lakshmi. Swathi decides to help Lakshmi. Sanju spots Kunjuttan, who meets with an accident. Swathi brings Lakshmi home.
